About US
Aabee Bleue Project is a contemporary art project space in Downtown Los Angeles, founded and run by two Iranian women, dedicated to showcasing contemporary visual art and design through an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach. The space presents exhibitions, events, talks, and public programs spanning visual art, design, handicraft-based practices, performance, and video art.
Centered on supporting Iranian artists and designers, Aabee Bleue Project brings their practices into dialogue with Western and international artistic contexts. With an expanded focus on Middle Eastern artists, the project fosters cross-cultural exchange, positioning Iranian contemporary practices within a global conversation and increasing their visibility beyond regional boundaries. A core mission of Aabee Bleue Project is to promote, preserve, and reimagine Persian contemporary art and cultural heritage, framing it as a living and evolving cultural practice.
Aabee Bleue Project is founded and directed by Sabrina Younesi and Narges Hamzianpour, creatives based in Los Angeles with extensive experience in visual art, design, and cultural production.
